The NST03AA is a Bluetooth charging dock SOC that integrates lithium battery charge management, a synchronous boost converter, battery power management, and protection functions.
It features an ultra-low standby current of just 5µA.The NST03AA provides a charging current of 0.3A, while its synchronous boost converter supports a 0.7A output. It supports power-on/off control via a single button press and features automatic power-off under no-load conditions. With its built-in power path management, the NST03AA supports simultaneous charging and discharging. During this operation, it provides robust protection against heavy loads and short circuits; this not only eliminates the need for an external diode but also effectively prevents the diode from burning out under heavy-load or short-circuit fault conditions.
