Global First NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 AI Supercomputer Officially Delivered

Dell Technologies has officially shipped the world’s first mass-produced, fully tested NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale AI supercomputer to CoreWeave, marking the official commercial launch of NVIDIA’s next-generation Rubin AI architecture. Optimized for trillion-parameter large models, MoE architectures, and autonomous AI Agent training, the NVL72 platform raises the bar for high-density, liquid-cooled AI supercomputing worldwide.
Each NVL72 rack is equipped with 72 Rubin GPUs and 36 Vera CPUs, interconnected via NVLink6, delivering a peak FP4 inference performance of 3.6 ExaFLOPS. Compared with the previous Blackwell generation, the new system reduces token inference cost and power consumption by up to 90%, while drastically shortening cluster deployment time.
As AI supercomputing evolves toward ultra-high power density and full liquid cooling, high-efficiency power semiconductors and precise PMIC power management have become indispensable core components for stable, long-term operation of AI servers and supercomputing clusters.
