WXNSIC NSG2000, 250V, High-Speed, High-Side NMOS Static Switch Driver
The NSG2000 is a high-speed N-channel MOSFET gate driver for the high-voltage side, operating with an input voltage up to 250 V. It features a dedicated charging circuit that fully enhances the switching of external N-channel MOSFETs, enabling them to stay conducting indefinitely. Its robust driving capability allows it to easily drive large gate capacitances with extremely short transition times, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications or static switching applications requiring fast turn-on and/or turn-off times.
Packaged in SOP8, the NSG2000 operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
