EG Micro EG44273, Low-Side Single-Channel Driver IC
The EG44273 is a single-channel high-speed low-side gate driver, designed to effectively drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It delivers high peak source/sink current pulses for capacitive loads, along with rail-to-rail driving capability and low propagation delay. The device features a wide supply voltage range of 4 V to 20 V and quiescent current below 1 μA. At a VCC of 12 V, it provides symmetric source and sink peak current up to 2 A. The EG44273 is packaged in SOT23-5.
