The RZ7899-MS is a bidirectional DC motor driver IC suitable for applications such as toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, and electromagnetic door lock drives.
It features two logic input terminals used to control the motor’s forward rotation, reverse rotation, and braking functions. This circuit offers excellent anti-interference capabilities, extremely low standby current, and low output internal resistance. Additionally, it incorporates built-in diodes capable of dissipating the reverse surge currents generated by inductive loads.
The RZ7899-MS is housed in an SOP-8 package; it is RoHS-compliant, and its lead frame is 100% lead-free.
