The L9110S-MS provides an integrated motor driver solution for consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications.
This device is capable of driving a brushed DC motor; it features an H-bridge driver composed of four power NMOS transistors and an internal charge pump circuit that generates the necessary gate drive voltage, integrating four distinct motor control functions: forward rotation, reverse rotation, stop, and brake.
The L9110S-MS supports a maximum operating voltage of 12.0V, with a continuous current capability of 1.2A and a peak current of 2.0A. Additionally, it incorporates protection features such as over-temperature protection and under-voltage lockout.
The L9110S-MS features a PWM input interface (INA/INB), ensuring compatibility with industry-standard devices.
